Registration puts you on our list for relevant enquiries. It does not guarantee orders; each purchase is awarded on quality, compliance, price and delivery.

Sign & stamp
Have the form signed by an authorised person and stamped with your company stamp.
Submit online
Fill in the registration form on this page and attach the signed form, trade licence, VAT certificate and bank details.
Review & approval
Our Procurement and Accounts teams review your documents and approve the registration.
Enquiries
Approved vendors receive relevant RFQs and purchase orders for their categories.
Documents to prepare
Attach these four documents when you register. Registrations without them cannot be approved.
- Vendor Registration Form, signed and stamped
- Valid trade licence
- Valid VAT registration certificate (TRN)
- Bank details on company letterhead
Helpful, if available: company profile, product catalogues and datasheets, authority approvals (DEWA, Civil Defence), manufacturer or distributor authorisation letters, ISO certificates.
